When it comes to the fitness industry, there are plenty of personal trainers, gyms, and health clubs to choose from, but not all are created equal, and very few will offer you any kind of guarantee whatsoever.

In the fitness industry your reputation is everything, I get most of my clients through word of mouth, so when you hire me you can be confident I will want to uphold my reputation, by helping you achieve great results too.

 

I have developed a reputation for getting results, because I take the time and care to get to know my clients personally, inside and out. I work to build up a picture of my client’s life, so that I can empathise with their situation, circumstances, needs, and goal(s). Once I have gaged my client’s unique mindset, I am then able to deliver highly effective training and nutritional plans, which create lasting and sustainable results.  Now, for the most part, you should already be confident in my service by my qualifications and experience. I graduated top-of-the-class from Premier with a 97% average, and have over 10 years experience for some of the biggest names in fitness, including: Fitness First, Virgin Active, JJB Sports, Leisure Connection, and Bladerunner. Moreover, anyone who knows me personally already knows I am somewhat of a walking encyclopedia when it comes to everything health and fitness. However, for anyone who hasn't used Flex Personal Training before, I wanted to add an extra level of reassurance, so I developed the 'Flex Results Guarantee.'

 
 

A Targeted Focused Approach

 

At our first meeting, I will sit down with you to discuss your goal(s). I will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your health, fitness, nutritional intake, and lifestyle. From there, I will agree a targeted goal within a specified time frame. I will set individual sub-goals, which work towards your end goal, to help monitor and review your progress, and ensure you remain on track. In the unlikely event that you haven't achieved your goal by the end of our training plan, then I will either train you for free, or refund you based on the results you achieved. I pride myself on the level of expertise I offer, and am confident you will be happy with your results.

 

All I ask is that for any goals we set, you give 100% commitment in return, you stick to the agreed training and nutritional plan, and you attend all sessions (or give 48hrs notice to arrange alternative sessions).

Example calculation for a weight loss goal
 
To lose 1lb of weight is the equivalent of 3500 cals, therefore based on a standard safe weight loss goal of 2lb per week, a traditional approach would be to do 1 hour extra of moderate-intensive exercise/activity everyday above baseline, and reduce calorie intake by 500 cals per day over norm, thus totalling an expenditure of 7500cals (i.e. 2lb weight loss). This is just a basic calculation, but once your personal profile has been evaluated, lifestyle factors assessed, and any potential inhibitors addressed, it is quite possible within reasonable limits, to make a valid prediction over the results you are capable of achieving.
