Local delivery is available at a cost of £5.99, or FREE for orders of £150+. National delivery is currently only available for low weight items (i.e. less 1kg), or orders of £200+, email for price quote.

Micellar Caesin has become increasingly popular in recent years, micellar caesin forms a gel in the lining of the stomach, which allows the protein to release slowly over a prolonged period of time (7-8hrs). This is particularly useful for in-between meals (especially if dieting/slimming to preserve lean tissue), and is invaluable when you want to promote restful sleep and optimise recovery from training or the demands of today's modern hectic fast-paced lifestyles (i.e. prevent muscle breakdown and support energy).
This particular product is blended to offer 20% whey concentrate and 80% caesin, providing some initial fast-release (2-3hr) followed by more slow-release (7-8hrs) to help sustain energy levels. Ultra Filtration is used to prevent any denaturing, and produce a low fat highly nutritious food.
