ONLINE STORE AND MERCHANDISE - November 10th 2011
We are currently in the process of setting up our online store for supplements, equipment, and merchandise. We have teamed up with several leading manufacturers and retailers and expect to officially launch in the new year.

 CANCER RESEARCH UK AND CHANGE 4 LIFE PARTNERSHIP - July 28th 2011
 After meeting with the regional manager from Cancer Research UK, Flex has been given the go ahead to organise a new charity event in Leeds (details to be announced on our twitter page), and is currently undergoing approval for a new partnership and social enterprise in association with Change 4 Life and Cancer Research UK.   Flex is proud to be one of the first new businesses to be asked to get involved with GMTV's Kate Garraway's new site goodypass.com, which supports make a wish foundation.   In December 2010, whilst completing my MBA dissertation I was shortlisted
from 100's of applicants across the UK to pitch for the Enterprise Inc. Business Award in association with the University of Leicester and East Midlands Developmeny Agency (Financed by HEFCE and EURDF).  As a graduate of both the Carnegie Faculty of Sport and Education and the Business School at Leeds Metropolitan University I was very excited when I heard about the opportunities and support available through QU2 and Leeds Met Business Start Up (BSU). After initially approaching BSU with the idea for a mobile personal training services, I have developed Flex Personal Training into a modern lifestyle company, combining my MBA  and Premier training to provide new services to support today's modern hectic fast-paced lifestyles.
