As a personal trainer, I have spent the majority of my fitness industry career working with clients who wanted to lose weight and improve muscle tone, and I have had particular success running weight management courses, helping bodybuilders improve shape, size, and symmetry, and helping athletes gain an 'edge' in performance. I know what it takes to get results, how to beat the plateau, and how to overcome those common physical and mental barriers, which so often hold people back. When it comes to personal training i'm all about holistic health and functional fitness. For me, real results comes through getting to know my clients personally.
